Pretty in Pink...and Orange!

We are so excited to have our very own high speed up and running again which means updating the blog should be easier and more frequent! I can't believe how fast time flies with two preciuos girls at home. Macey went for her routine check up last week and is 12 1/2pounds!! She is in the 75% for her weight. She is becoming more alert every day which just makes her even more fun to be around.

Keely is her ever so happy self. Becoming more and more of the protective big sister. Anytime people are holding Macey besides Mama and Daddy she has to know exactly who has her and where she is. Last Saturday, Macey and I were put for a girls day out (much needed and much fun). When I returned after being gone for 8 hours, I out Macey down and go find Keely to pick up. The first thing she says is "Baby? Baby?" Who cares about Mama anymore?! But of course it makes me so happy to see her love her sister so much. After all, I love my sister that much!!

This was the first Clemson game of the year. We put Keely in her cheerleader outfit (thanks Sarah!!) and let her stay up a few minutes late so she could watch the kick off. I was so excited and nearly had goosebumps watching them run down the hill. I was sitting there gleaming and all of the sudden Keely stands up and starts clapping! It was adorable, so I joined in!Well, once again I have eaten my words. I said I would never make my children match like Mom always made us match. But with two girls so close in age, I just can't resist! Isn't it great?! I tried to pull these off as matching "Clemson orange" to rationalize buying them. It didn't go over too well, but I got to keep them!! I told you she was getting bigger! And she will kick and watch her toys. It is amazing! Everywhere we go people laugh at how much she looks like me...of course I just smile in pride. Though I must admit everytime I look at her I see Steven!Big sister Keely showing Macey how to swing! She just doesn't understand why she can't use it anymore!
