A Visit to Columbia

Macey made her first trip t0 Columbia this weekend! And she did great in the car despite the extra hour traveling time due to bad weather and an accident on the interstate. It was fun introducing her to people who have been a big part of our life. Aunt Helen and Jenny were in town from Ohio. Dr. Joe and Mrs Mildred had dinner with us Friday. Bertram had lunch with us. Gigi, Steven and Kelli even drove down from Spartanburg for an afternoon. We took the girls to First Pres with Papa and Yaya for church this morning. Keely played on the slide in the nursery while Macey enjoyed the sermon. She usually sleeps through the whole service but was so interested she stayed awake until the benediction! It's never too early to start them on good Bible teaching!! What a blessing to be surrounded by such godly family and friends!
