Happy Times

Well after all the excitement from the past two weeks, we are content to just be home and be a family. I always love going to Columbia and seeing family, but each time we get back, I'm a little more attached to our home. We are still recovering from the past couple of weeks. And Macey is still adjusting to the time change. But we can't complain. I feel so blessed. This morning, Macey was on the floor playing, Keely comes up and starts playing with her, so I came over and laid beside them. I just wanted to freeze the moment. People ask me all the time what I do at home all day, and at that moment, I thought this is what I do, I enjoy the children God has given me!Here is proud Unlce Wally! It's amazing how far he has come in two years. He used to fight Keely for attention with Papa and Yaya. Now he fights Papa and Yaya for attention with the girls. Looks like he won this round! Here's the latest picture of four generations! This was right before Keely discovered she could jump off of Bebop's couch ledge. Pictures were over at that point, time to jump.Keely takes the expressions "walking in her mother's shoes" and "following in my footsteps" a little too literally sometimes! But a good reminder to me that there are little eyes always watching. All the more reason for me to make sure I am following in Christ's footsteps!
