Catching Up

YEAH!! Some pictures finally uploaded. I will see if I can go back and add some to the past ones without pics now too. But now atleast you have these random shots from the past few weeks so you can see how big Keely is getting. Which by the way, she is officially crawling now, and I am officially much busier and more tired. So if you call and for some reason I don't answer right away or I sound tired you know why. Doug likes to tell me I am finally earning my keep. Whatever, I still like my stay at home mom job better than going to work any day. These first two pictures are from Alison's birthday party. Alison is our adopted daughter. The Scharolds are like family to us. We love being with them in their home so it was a special treat to share Alison's birthday with them. As you can see, they thought it would be cute to let Keely try the cake. And she stole the show, diving in with both hands and lathering it all over her face and mine!

This is when I babysat Elisabeth, my friend Rachel's precious daughter. She is about 6 weeks now. Keely is helping her swing and didn't even mind that Elisabeth was in her swing. However, she did want in the swing once Elisabeth was out!

This is the Keely Kab picture I have been trying for weeks to put on here. It is so cute. She loves this thing. We keep it in her closet and this morning while I was cleaning out yet some more clothes she has outgrown, she crawled over pulled up on it and began pulling it out. Then tries to sit on it and can't. So she comes to me and grabs my hand and points to it. (She really is a great communicator.) I helped her on it and she immediately lit up. We went for a quick spin and then I went back to work while she proceeded to try to walk with it. She can't do that on her on yet. But she has a blast trying!

This is when I bundled Keely up to go for a stroll. It is her Eskimo outfit as Doug calls it. Probably a little overkill for down here but with as cold natured as I am I go overboard to make sure she stays warm. One time I got her up from a nap and she was actually sweating because I had too many layers on her! Oops, so maybe she isn't as much like me as I thought!
