Today is our second day of rain. Yesterday we at least got to go outside for an hour before the rain came. But today we've been stuck in doors all day. I ran a couple of pointless "errands" just to get out of the house. We even went to our local "zoo" aka PetSmart. The girls love it because they can see dogs being groomed as well as cats, fish, birds, reptiles. And it's free!!! It's always fun to see what new things we can come up with to do when the weather doesn't allow us to go outdoors. This is where we all squeezed onto Keely's bouncing zebra to "Ride a Horsey." (It was a great workout for me because I wasn't actually on the zebra.)

I usually don't have to think too hard to come up with new ideas because Keely keeps Macey and me pretty entertained just being herself, as you can tell from some of these pics! This was the day we received a package from our cousin Sarah. She doesn't use these hairbows anymore and thought Keely could use them. Well, Keely wanted to use them immediately! And she wouldn't settle for just one or two! She wore them from the time she woke up from her nap until bath time 3 hours later. It was the longest her hair had ever stayed up!

This is Keely helping me cut out heart shaped cookies for Valentines.

This is what I caught Keely doing when I turned around from putting the cut out cookies on a cookie sheet. She is eating all the scraps. Needless to say, we didn't have as many cookies as I thought we would. She didn't save any scraps to reuse. When I asked her what she was doing, she simply answered, "EAT, COOKIE!"

One morning Keely decided she wanted to be Mommy's baby again. So she took a passy, crawled up into my lap and pretended to cry. I burst out laughing. Then grabbed a camera. She is a diehard thumbsucker as you can tell, she looks like she doens't quite know what to do with this thing.

Here is my favorite Keely moment of the week. Keely made a new friend at Community Bible Study. His name is Jack. He is the only thing Keely looks forward to about Bible Study. Keely thinks Jack is so cool because he has "gwasses." Anyway, when we got home the other day from CBS, Keely was telling me all about Jack and what they did. Then she took my headband off my head and put it on (shown above) and said "Keelwee gwasses, Dwack gwasses!" Funniest thing ever! What an imagination. Not sure how she can see through them but she tried to "read" with them on.

Here's our precious little Valentine. I didn't want to leave her out because even though she's not quite as entertaining as Keely is at this point, she doesn't let us forget she's around! She loves watching Keely's every move (which only eggs Keely on more of course). And is constantly trying to keep up. She's not crawling or pulling up yet, but that doesn't mean she isn't trying!
