Failing to Fall

Doug and I are busy training for a marathon which I absolutely love. However, Doug reminds me every week on our long run how much he hates running but loves me and therefore continues to commit to the training. He is teaching me a lot about unconditional love and challenging me to find ways that cause me to step out of my comfort zone to show him how much I love him.

The training though has made the fall fly by without me realizing that it is actually fall. The main reason for this is we are still running in 80-90 degree heat most days which makes it hard to realize it is almost November! Reality hit this week with Fall Fest and a trip to the Pumpkin Patch. Both were a lot of fun.

They were butterflies. And both mentioned that fact that Yaya loves butterflies to those who asked what they were.Keely knows it is Mr Steve but she isn't quite sure what to think about him all dressed up. She didn't find him very funny.Daddy's girl through and through (unless Papa is around).
