Summer Update

The last two weeks have been nice. Not a lot going on (compared to the four weeks before where it seemed to be nonstop). The girls and I have been at home hanging out. And we actually had an extra friend around all weekend while her mommy was having a baby! Doug has been working here and there. And of course we are constantly entertaining student either at our house or out and about. But overall, we have had a lot of lazy time. What a blessing!

Here are a couple of pictures of the girls playing at the Dolphin Head park. We enjoy going there at least once a week in the evenings. They have a great playground with the best swings we (yes even Doug and I take turns) have ever been on! And it is on the beach so we can go for a walk if we feel like it. Most of the time we just enjoy the oceanview while playing.

We take all of our special visitors to our favorite play place when they come to town. This was when Karli was here. The girls had fun racing down the slides. I hope you are enjoying your summer as much as we are! Take time to relax!!
